Shipping policy
All orders are packed by hand and dispatched from Hong Kong.
Where we deliver
We currently ship within Hong Kong SAR only. If you are outside Hong Kong and would like to order, email 13712022750@163.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange delivery.
Order processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery charges are set in Hong Kong dollars and are shown at checkout, in the currency you are billed in, before you pay. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email a tracking number to the address on the order. If the tracking has not arrived within 2 business days of your order, check your spam folder, then email us.
Delays
Typhoon signals, black rainstorm warnings, public holidays, and periods of heavy order volume can add a day or two. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate above, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Address details
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct an order before it is dispatched, but once a parcel is with the carrier the address cannot be changed.
Parcels that do not arrive
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with building security or neighbours first, then contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan. If a parcel is lost in transit we will replace it or refund it in full.
Packing
Zisha is fragile in transit. Every pot and cup is wrapped individually and packed with padding in a rigid outer box. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
